Meet Sylvie!

Mindfulness Teacher & Nature Therapy Guide

Sylvie Rokab is a certified mindfulness teacher, Forest Bathing guide, and Emmy-nominated filmmaker. By blending these disciplines, Sylvie offers simple but powerful techniques that help participants find release from anxiety, isolation, and eco-grief to access the healing, wisdom, wonder, and purpose that can only be found in sacred relationship with nature.
 

Narrated by Liam Neeson, her film Love Thy Nature earned 27 awards and has helped viewers realize that the illusion of separation from nature is at the root cause of our dire human and ecological condition.

Through her workshops, Sylvie helps participants rekindle loving awareness and awaken to the power of nature to transform their lives, and to their own power to manifest their soul purpose. Many share that they take home a renewed sense of joy, belonging and aliveness, as well as a commitment to cherish and protect our life systems.

SESSION 2:

DEALING WITH EMOTIONS

While suppressing feelings has been the norm in many cultures, doing so dims your spirit and robs you from your power. Learn to befriend your feelings through the powerful technique of R.A.I.N. to cross through difficult emotions and build resilience for the challenges you face in your life and world, including the grief over witnessing Mother Nature's wounding.

SESSION 3:

CONNECTING AND BELONGING

Modern culture has us living in an epidemic of loneliness, isolation, and deep divisions. Uncover the ways to resolve conflict and build bridges with compassionate communication, cultivate a sense of belonging with others, and join forces for higher visions that benefit all beings, human and beyond.

TRANSCENDING NEGATIVITY BIAS

Understand why you lean towards negativity in the first place and learn the practices to rewire your brain for joy, beauty, wonder, and play; without bypassing the challenges and sorrows. Learn how anchoring conscious contentment turns you into a more effective leader in your life and world.

CHANGING UNWANTED HABITS

Learn the tools that help you let go of the habits that cause you angst and hinder your potential and replace them with new ones that are essential to anchor the visions you hold for your life and world.

MAKING CLEAR DECISIONS

Confusion about important decisions negatively impact your well being. Learn how to align your intuition with deeper levels of wisdom, so that you can make decisions that resonate at your core, with little or no effort, to transform your world with confidence.

Yes! Video and audio recordings will be available for all sessions. The audios will also be downloadable so you will have them in your library forever!
